Antaresia maculosa; spotted python. I've been watching this guy for the past few nights, as he seemed to be living in a crack in the concrete near the late night of the college. When he didnt turn up last night, I figured he must have gone under the late night door, so I checked around in the gym and low and behold, underneath some folded boxes, there he was!

Gorgeous little snake. Took him into the RA's office, showed two of my friends, called some of the other vet students in the college, they had a feel of his skin, two of them held him.. then a friend and I went and released him in the bush, away from buildings. He was really placid, didnt try to strike at all!
